8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8.2. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Malta, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

9. Entire Agreement

9.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Qawra Palace Resort & Spa regarding the use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements between you and Qawra Palace Resort & Spa relating to your use of the Site.

10. Consumer Protection Claus

Notwithstanding any provision in these Terms, nothing in this agreement shall affect any rights the consumer may have which cannot be derogated from under applicable consumer protection legislation, to the extent such legislation is applicable.

These Reservation Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the booking and reservation process at Qawra Palace Resort & Spa (the “Resort”). By making a reservation at the Resort, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

13.1.  Reservation Process

13.1.1.  To make a reservation at the Resort, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact details, desired dates of stay, number of guests, and any special requests or preferences.

13.1.2. Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or by email. By making a reservation, you authorize the Resort to collect, use, and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13.2 Reservation Confirmation

13.2.1. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the Resort. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any reservation at our discretion.

13.2.2 Upon receipt of your reservation request, we will send you a confirmation email or notification containing the details of your reservation, including the reserved dates, room type, rate, and any additional services or amenities booked.

13.3 Payment

13.3.1 Payment for your reservation is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified. We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as approved by the Resort.

13.4.2 Cancellation or modification requests made within the specified timeframe will be subject to applicable fees or penalties as outlined in your reservation confirmation.

13.5 No-Show Policy

13.5.1. If you fail to arrive on the scheduled date of arrival (“no-show”), your reservation will be considered cancelled, and you will be charged a fee equivalent to the total cost of the reservation.

13.6 Check-In and Check-Out

13.6.1. Check-in time is typically after 3:00 PM, and check-out time is before 11:00 AM, local time. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.

13.7 Guest Responsibilities

13.7.1 As a guest of the Resort, you are responsible for adhering to all Resort policies and procedures, as well as any applicable laws and regulations.

13.7.2. You are also responsible for any damages caused to the Resort’s property during your stay, and you may be liable for repair or replacement costs.
